You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. This ensures we can resell or restock items as needed.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email us at contact.octipa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (where applicable).

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Refund Exceptions

The following items are non-refundable:

• Items damaged due to improper care or misuse
• Items without original tags or showing signs of wear
• Items washed, worn, or altered in any way
• Final sale or clearance items (marked at checkout)
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items returned after 30 days

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue a partial refund if an item shows signs of use or damage beyond normal handling.
